In addition to outlets, I managed design assets for ongoing events and facilitated design assets for launches of new coffee, cacao, sweet & savoury baked goods. I also implemented internal systems to streamline the use of design assets across company verticals, ensuring accurate asset ordering and installation at cafes. Additionally, I advised on the selection of appropriate vendors, paper types, printing methods, foiling, debossing, cover materials, and oversaw production runs to ensure project success.
Print Projects
Project Pearl, Ratnagiri Estate
The design concept for these coffee box sleeves pays homage to the Ratnagiri Estate family with old-school Kodachrome photograph-inspired real photo negatives showcasing family images. Each microlot features its own removable photo negative, allowing for collection.
I advised on the mechanics of the sleeve, paper and print selections, foiling and embossing, and the printing of film photos.
Insaaniyat
"Insaaniyat: The Quality of Being" is a self-published photo book that captures the individuals who define Subko. The photographs within were captured and developed using the analogue practice of 35mm film.

I played a role in ensuring the success of this project by advising on the selection of the appropriate vendor, paper type, printing method, foiling, debossing, cover material, case material, and overseeing the production run.

Subko VLGE: Co-operative Agriculture
Subko has partnered with smallholder farmers in the Paderu Valley region of Andhra Pradesh, southern India, introducing a transparent tipping system via secure UPI payments. This system allows consumers to directly tip smallholder farmers whose coffee they enjoy, bypassing Subko entirely.

Fermentation Fantasies
The Fermentation Fantasies Collection is the debut Craft Collection Box series from Subko Cacao, elegantly designed for luxury gifting.

Caffeinated by Subko
Caffeinated By Subko introduces our specialty single-origin blends to select establishments nationwide. We partner with leading restaurants, hotels, cafes, and offices in cities such as Bombay, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Goa, and Calcutta.
I played a key role in curating in-store design assets to ensure consistency across partner locations and developed design assets for various plan types, tailored to their complexity.

Merch/Subculture by Subko
Subko features a vertical known as Subculture by Subko, offering a range of in-house merchandise including tote bags, t-shirts, ceramic glasses, wooden pins, badges, and more. In this role, I oversaw material and print selection, vendor coordination, and production management for these assets.

Events
Subko collaborated with renowned coffee and art/design institutions for events, where I led the curation, production, and setup for our stalls. From managing operational requirements to coordinating print assets, I oversaw every detail from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution of the stall setup.
